1.1 To participate in the Tweak Home Loan Cashback program, you must:
1.1.1 Be a registered Tweak user and have successfully achieved a COOL status (minimum 9,000 points) or GREEN status (minimum 18,000 points) under Tweak’s rewards within 9 months after getting your solar panel solutions through the Tweak platform. Users are assigned their status/ points based on their emissions calculated after linking their transactions on Tweak with an account that has sufficient transactions to reflect an accurate picture of the users footprint (this happens either by connecting to your bank account directly on Tweak or via the 22seven platform through our secured API) on Tweak.
1.1.2 Have received an Old Mutual Home Loan inclusive of Solar panels. You will only qualify for the cashback if you apply for the home loan through the following link here.
2.1 You can receive up to 0.2% back on the principal home loan amount, capped at R10,000, which will be made available on the Tweak wallet, found on the Tweak platform, and can only be utilised with our store partners. This will occur 9 months after signing your home loan agreement with Old Mutual, provided you meet the terms & conditions outlined in this document.
2.1.1 GREEN users: Qualify for a cashback amount of 0.2% of their home loan amount capped at R10,000.
2.1.2 COOL users: Qualify for a cashback amount of 0.1% of their home loan amount capped at R10,000.
3.1 TweakCarbon operates independently from Old Mutual.
3.2 The cashback offer is a separate offering to any home loans offered by Old Mutual as your primary financer; the cashback offering is an independent service provision from Old Mutual Home Loan and will not be included in nor constituted within your home loan quote.
3.3 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this offering at any time and for any reason. If we do, we will communicate this on our website and you will not have any recourse against us and our employees.
4.1 If your account is terminated for any reason by closing your account on Tweak or removing your transactional data on Tweak, any cashback may be forfeited.
5.1 We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability or functionality of the Cashback program. We are not responsible for any technical errors or omissions that may affect your participation in the program.
6.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
